Refund Policy
For Kundalini in person or online courses:
There is an option on https://bookwhen.com/riseandrelease to transfer your ticket.
48-hour cancellation window: Cancel at least 48 hours in advance to avoid charges
Late cancellations or no-shows: Usually charged in full unless there's an emergency
Repeated cancellations: May require non-refundable pre-payment
If the provider cancels: No charge, and will reschedule
Exceptional circumstances
We recognise that emergencies happen, even if they are rare. If you know that you might not make an appointment, please let us know when you book it. We will try to be more accommodating in such circumstances. Similarly, if a genuine emergency prevented you from attending, and also from letting us know, we could consider waiving or reducing the cancellation fee.
Should you repeatedly make and cancel appointments, we might ask for a non-refundable pre-payment. We would not refund this payment, even if you cancel ahead of the usual 48-hour window.
Online Courses and Workshops/ retreats
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis before access is granted. Once access to the training materials has been provided, cancellations will no longer be eligible for a refund.

No refunds once access is granted however they are fully transferable
