Grief coaching is a supportive, forward‑focused process that helps you navigate life after loss. It offers guidance, tools, and a compassionate space to rebuild your sense of stability and direction.

How is grief coaching different from therapy or counselling? 

Therapy focuses on clinical mental‑health treatment. Grief coaching focuses on support, clarity, and practical steps to help you move forward. It’s about growth, resilience, and creating a path that feels manageable and meaningful.

Who is grief coaching for?

Anyone experiencing loss- whether it has been recent or long ago. It is for anyone who wants support, structure, and a gentle way to move toward healing and a renewed purpose. 

Do I need to talk about my loss in detail?

Only if you want to. Coaching is led by your comfort level. Some people share their story; others focus on where they are now and what they need next. It is personalised to YOU and goes at YOUR pace. 

How soon after a loss can I start grief coaching? 

There’s no “right time.” Some people seek support immediately; others come months or years later. You choose what feels right for you.

What happens in a session?

Sessions offer space to explore your emotions, gain clarity, learn coping tools, and create small, supportive steps forward. You’re guided, never rushed.

Will grief coaching make my grief go away? 

Grief is a natural part of being human. Coaching doesn’t erase it—it helps you carry it with more ease, strength, and self‑understanding.

How many sessions will I need?

Everyone’s journey is different. Some people feel supported after a few sessions; others prefer ongoing guidance. You’re in control of the pace.

Can grief coaching help if I feel stuck?

Absolutely. Many people come to coaching when they feel overwhelmed, lost, or unsure how to move forward. Coaching helps you find clarity and momentum again.

Is online grief coaching effective?

Yes. Many clients find online sessions just as supportive and personal, with the added comfort of being in their own space.

Should I book a FREE 30 minute consultation call?

Yes, absolutely. A consultation call gives you the chance to meet your coach, ask questions, and get a feel for the support style before committing. It ensures you’re choosing someone who truly understands your needs and feels like the right fit for your healing journey. It’s a no‑pressure space to explore whether this partnership can help you move forward with confidence.

Kundalini Activation

What is Kundalini Energy?

Kundalini is often described as a natural, dormant life‑force energy within the body. When awakened, it can create a sense of expanded awareness, emotional release, and deeper connection to yourself.

I have no previous experience with energy, can I attend? 

Absolutely! Experienced or not, the best way to show up for a class is with a beginner's mind. All you have to do is lie down, relax and have an open mind. 

What does a Kundalini Activation session involve? 

Sessions typically guide you into a relaxed, receptive state (breathwork and guided meditation) while the facilitator helps activate your natural energy flow. Your body responds intuitively to the music played—sometimes with movement, emotion, or deep stillness. Your facilitator may make gentle contact with specific points on your body to assist the flow of energy. 

How do I prepare for a session? 

Drink plenty of water and hydrate before and after a session. It is recommended that you avoid alcohol  and recreational drugs for 24 hours prior to a session and to avoid eating a heavy meal 3-4 hours prior to your session. A light snack can be consumed. 

What might I feel during a session? 

People often report sensations like warmth, tingling, emotional release, clarity, or a sense of lightness. Every experience is unique, and there’s no “right” way to feel.

What is the difference between a Kundalini session in person and online? 

The online classes are not much different to the in-person classes. Some people are more comfortable relaxing and receiving energy in a group setting while others are more comfortable in their homes. This can affect the intensity one feels in a session. Some people find the energy to be slightly milder online while others feel like it's equally powerful. Beginners might need one or a few more classes to activate than they would have in person.

Is Kundalini Activation safe? 

It’s designed to be a gentle, natural process. You remain fully aware and in control, and the facilitator supports you in staying grounded and comfortable throughout.

Who is Kundalini not suitable for?

It is not recommended for those prone to mania, delusion or psychosis. 

It is not suitable for anyone under the age of 18. 

Do I need experience with meditation or spirituality? 

Not at all. Kundalini activation is accessible to beginners and experienced practitioners alike. Your body leads the process, not your level of knowledge.

Is Kundalini Activation the same as Kundalini Yoga? 

No. Kundalini yoga uses breathwork, movement, and chanting. Kundalini activation is a more passive experience where the energy shifts naturally without effort or technique.

I am pregnant, can I still attend a class?

If you are pregnant and in your third trimester we recommend you to wait until after birth to continue with the sessions. Before the third trimester it's ok as long as you are feeling well and can without problems participate in activities such as gym or yoga. Always let your facilitator know that you are pregnant before a session. It is the clients responsibility to know their individual limitations recommended by their doctor. and to be aware of what positions to avoid that can be harmful to mother or baby.

How many sessions do I need? 

Some people feel a shift after one session; others enjoy ongoing sessions to deepen their experience. It depends on your goals and how your energy responds.

Can Kundalini Activation help with emotional blocks?

Many people find that it helps them release old patterns and feel more open, calm, and connected. The process focuses on energetic and personal growth rather than analysing past experiences.

What is the benefit of combining Kundalini Activation with Coaching?

Coaching helps you integrate the insights and shifts that arise from activation. Together, they support both your inner transformation and your real‑world growth.
