Specialist Grief Support for Organisations
Grief affects every workplace.
Whether it’s the loss of a colleague, a personal bereavement, or the cumulative impact of stress and change, grief can quietly shape how people think, work, and relate to one another. Many employees carry these experiences silently, unsure how to cope or where to turn.
I provide specialist grief support for organisations, combining compassionate guidance with practical tools to help individuals and teams navigate loss in a healthy, sustainable way.

Grief Relief
A specialised and personalised program offering compassionate support for navigating loss. Grief coaching guides you through the emotional fog, helps you regain clarity, and empowers you to rebuild at your own pace. Together, we explore what you need, strengthen your coping tools, and create a path toward meaning, stability, and hope.
1-1, Small Group and Support for Organisations
For those ready to heal, grow and feel supported every step of the way.

Grief Circles
Grief circles are structured gatherings designed to provide a safe space for individuals to process their grief and connect with others who are experiencing similar losses. These circles emphasise community, compassion, and mindfulness, allowing participants to express their feelings and share their stories and memories without judgment.

Womb Circles and Women's Circles
Women’s Circles and Womb Circles are a space to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself in a world that constantly pulls you in every direction.
They offer a gentle, grounded environment where women can gather, share, reflect, and be witnessed without judgement or expectation.
They take place both ONLINE and in person
If you want something even more bespoke for any big life event, a blessingway or a celebration can be prepared or why not request a cacao ceremony to be included too.
Staff Wellbeing Days (with a difference)
Most wellbeing days offer a break.
At rise and Release, our staff wellbeing days offer a breakthrough.
Welcome to staff wellbeing experiences that blend neuroscience, mind‑shifts, and energy practice to create real, lasting change — not just a nice day out of the office.
We combine the science of how the brain responds to stress with practical tools that help people reset their nervous system, shift unhelpful patterns, and reconnect with themselves and each other. Think of it as wellbeing… upgraded.
Your team will explore how stress actually works in the brain through neuroscience‑backed insights, learn how to interrupt overwhelm with simple mindset shifts, and experience grounding energy practices that calm the body faster than a coffee break ever could.
These sessions help staff:
-
Reduce stress and emotional fatigue
-
Build stronger internal resilience
-
Strengthen team connection and communication
-
Rewire unhelpful habits and thought patterns
-
Leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more energised
Whether you’re supporting a team through change, burnout, loss, or everyday workplace pressure, our wellbeing days create a space where people feel seen, supported, and genuinely reset.
If your organisation is ready for wellbeing that goes deeper — and actually works — let’s talk about creating a wellbeing day that your team will remember long after it ends.
1 | Kundalini Activation
Both 1:1 and small group sessions are offered
Unlock your inner energy. Awaken your natural power.
Kundalini Activation is a transformative energy experience that gently awakens the dormant life‑force within you.
This isn’t about effort, discipline, or trying to “make something happen.” It’s a natural energetic process that opens your system to deeper awareness, emotional release, and expanded states of clarity.
During a session, your body responds intuitively—releasing tension, shifting old patterns, and reconnecting you with a sense of inner freedom. Many people describe it as a powerful reset: grounding, uplifting, and profoundly liberating.
Why people love it:
-
A deeper connection to intuition and purpose
-
Emotional release without needing to revisit old stories
-
More energy, creativity, and inner calm
-
A renewed sense of alignment and self‑trust
Kundalini Activation isn’t just an experience—it’s an awakening of who you’re becoming.
If you’re ready to feel more alive, more connected, and more you, this is where your journey begins.
Each session is 90 minutes and includes breathwork, meditation and a 60-minute Kundalini transmission. In-person and virtual options are available.

2 | Grief Relief: Grief Coaching Services
We offer 1:1 and small group Grief Coaching.
Move forward with support, clarity and compassion.
Grief Coaching gives you a safe space to navigate life after loss. it is NOT about FIXING your grief- it is about helping you to rebuild and reconnect with who you are becoming.
With practical tools and gentle guidance, you will gain clarity, emotional resilience and a renewed sense of direction.
The programme offers a supportive environment where we will:
* Explore your grief: Acknowledge and process the different emotions and experiences that come with loss.
* Create a personalised roadmap to help you to start to take small steps toward rebuilding your life.
* Support from someone who has been there: I combine my professional training with my own experiences of loss to provide empathetic and tailored support.
Your Grief Journey: What to Expect
In this program, we recognise that grief isn’t something you “fix.” It’s an ongoing process, but together we can begin to find small ways to move forward:
• Emotional Support: We’ll work through the waves of grief and find ways to manage those overwhelming moments.
• Building Resilience: Learn coping strategies and tools to help you navigate daily life as it continues to shift and change.
• Redefining Your Life: While life after loss is never the same, we’ll explore ways to rebuild, create new meaning, and find small pockets of happiness again.
What This Program Is Not:
• Not About Getting Your Old Life Back: I’m not here to help you “return to normal.” That life has changed forever. Instead, we’ll work on creating a new path forward that honours your grief while also allowing you to live again.
It is NOT counselling.

3 | Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.
A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing. Many have reported miraculous results.
There are a number of options available for reiki. Please get in touch to discuss
4 | Grief Circles
What are Grief Circles?
Grief circles are structured gatherings designed to provide a safe space for individuals to process their grief and connect with others who are experiencing similar losses. These circles emphasise community, compassion, and mindfulness, allowing participants to express their feelings and share their stories and memories without judgment. These circles are held both in person and virtually. They offer:
-
Supportive Environment: Grief circles create a nurturing atmosphere where participants can openly discuss their feelings and experiences related to loss. This environment fosters healing and connection among members.
-
Sharing and Listening: Participants are encouraged to share their stories and listen to others. This mutual support can be incredibly comforting.
-
Mindfulness and Compassion: Mindfulness practices are incorporated to help you stay present and grounded during your emotional journey. This approach can enhance the healing process by promoting self-awareness and compassion.
-
Each session is structured to include a guided discussion and closing reflections.

5 | Specialist Grief Support for Organisations
Who I Support
I work with organisations who want to create a culture where people feel seen, supported, and able to thrive. This includes:
-
Employees coping with personal bereavement
-
Teams affected by the loss of a colleague
-
Staff experiencing cumulative grief, burnout, or emotional overwhelm
-
Leaders seeking guidance on how to support grieving team members
-
Workplaces navigating major transitions, restructuring, or collective stress
How I Support
My grief‑informed services are tailored to the needs of your organisation and may include:
-
One‑to‑one grief coaching
-
Group sessions and reflective circles
-
Workshops on emotional resilience and nervous‑system regulation
-
Kundalini‑based practices to support grounding and emotional release
-
Guidance for managers on supporting grieving employees
-
Ongoing wellbeing support for teams
Why It Matters
When grief is acknowledged and supported, people feel safer, more connected, and more able to engage with their work.
When it’s ignored, it often shows up as stress, disengagement, conflict, or burnout.
Supporting grief isn’t just compassionate — it’s essential for a healthy, human‑centred workplace.
If your organisation is ready to create a more supportive environment, I’d be honoured to help.
6 | Women's Circles
What Is a Women’s Circle?
A women’s circle is a supportive, intentional space where women gather to pause, breathe, and reconnect with themselves and each other. It’s not a workshop, a class, or a place where anyone is expected to perform or be “fixed.” It’s a space of belonging — a place where you can show up exactly as you are and be met with understanding, not judgement.
They provide: connection, reflection, and a moment to step out of the noise of daily life and back into themselves.
Why Women’s Circles Matter
Modern life pulls women in a thousand directions. Roles shift. Identities change. Expectations pile up. And somewhere in the middle of all that, many women lose touch with their own voice.
A women’s circle creates a pause — a gentle, grounding space where you can:
-
reconnect with your inner wisdom
-
explore what’s changing in your life
-
be witnessed without needing to explain or justify
-
feel supported by women who understand
-
remember your worth and your strength
It’s a space where you don’t have to hold everything together. You just get to be human.
What Happens in a Circle
Every circle is slightly different, but most include:
-
Grounding practices to help you arrive in your body
-
A theme such as identity, confidence, transition, comparison, or self‑trust
-
Guided sharing where each woman is invited (never required) to speak
-
Journaling or reflection to deepen your insight
-
A closing ritual to help you integrate and leave feeling supported
There is no pressure to share, no advice‑giving, and no expectation to be anything other than yourself.
Why not combine a women's circle and a Kundalini session for your next ladies' afternoon or ladies' night?
